In The Community

    Two times a year, volunteer's from Wayne's Chapel come together to participate in the North Carolina Adopt A Highway program. This program consists of our local church group; picking up trash along a 2-mile stretch of roadside near the church. By our participation in the program, we help keep our state highway right-of-ways clean, we help the environment, and we show the local community that we care about them.

New Family Life Center

    Wayne's Chapel Family Life Center started as a vision stemming from a need for more space for our local church's functions and gatherings. To make this project happen, God was going to have to move in some mighty ways.

    So after much prayer, God stepped in and started the work for us. He did this without us even knowing. He began to move some of the obstacles that were in the way and the project was started.

    Even though there have been many hills and valleys along the way, the project kept moving forward. Finally in December of 2009 the project was completed. It was made possible through prayer, God's grace, many different contractors, church members, and volunteers.

    Many thanks go to each and every person or contractor that was involved in this project, but most of all to Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior.
